The Rural Exhibition Centre was constructed for the City of Greater Bendigo for multipurpose usage by various organisations such as the Bendigo Show Society, Sheep & Cattle Shows and the Bendigo Swap Meet.
The construction consisted of coloured concrete precast external walls, clear span portal frames (50 metre span) and concrete slab graded both ways to 2 no. grated drains (both 90 metre long).
A large entry foyer and multipurpose flex space, along with ramps and toilet facilities complimented the Exhibition Centre.
This project was constructed under tight time constraints to enable the centre to be used for the forthcoming Bendigo Show. |
