About Construction of a 2 storey 3243m2 reinforced concrete strucutre on old Gold Mine site.
   
The Building is a 2 storey reinforced concrete structure of 3243m2 built on the site of the old Gold Mine workings.
The building was supported on precast driven concrete piles and both floor slabs were post tensioned. Perimeter Walls were precast concrete panels with double glazed windows and featured an Alucobond Fascia and Soffit and eaves overhang.
The ground floor consists of 3 operating theatres and numerous ancillary rooms, 1st and 2nd stage recovery areas, while on the first floor are 6 X 6 room consulting suites, a blood pathology laboratory and major plant room
Externally carpark works and significant landscaping was carried out to enhance the overall project.
